Laundromat FAQ
We are open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. To ensure you have plenty of time to wash and dry, our last wash of the day is at 7:00 PM.
Yes! While you are welcome to wash your clothes anytime we are open, our friendly attendants are on duty from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day to answer questions, help you choose the right machine, or assist with change.
We offer the best of both worlds! Our machines are fully coin-operated, and we have change machines on-site if you bring cash. However, if you prefer to go cashless, all of our machines also accept SpyderWash cards as well as loyalty cards, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay directly at the washer or dryer.
We feature heavy-duty, commercial-grade Speed Queen equipment in three convenient sizes to handle any load:
30-pound washers: Perfect for standard family-sized loads and everyday laundry.
45-pound washers: Great for large bedding, comforters, or multi-bag laundry days.
60-pound washers: Our biggest machines, built for massive bulk loads, oversized king comforters, or washing a whole week's worth of laundry all at once.
You are welcome to bring your favorite laundry detergents and fabric softeners from home! If you happen to forget them, don't worry—we have fully stocked vending machines on-site where you can purchase high-quality detergents, bleach, and dryer sheets.
Absolutely! Our large 45-pound and 60-pound Speed Queen washers are designed exactly for heavy, bulky items like king-sized comforters, sleeping bags, dog beds, and washable rugs that won't fit into a standard home washing machine.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your laundry with one of our friendly attendants anytime between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, seven days a week.
Yes, we have a $40 minimum order for our drop-off service, which makes it perfect for saving you hours of time on your weekly family laundry, bulky bedding, or large loads.
Our standard, high-quality house options are PowerPax Fresh Linen or a hypoallergenic Free & Clear formula for sensitive skin. If you have a specific preference, you can also easily upgrade your order to Tide or Gain!

Our pickup and delivery service operates Monday through Saturday. Best of all, we offer a fast, reliable turnaround—your clothes are brought to our laundromat, professionally cleaned, and returned to your doorstep the next day.
No problem at all! If you are traveling or just don't have any dirty laundry this week, you can easily suspend or pause your service through your online account until you return.

Not at all! Many of our customers leave their laundry bags in a designated safe spot (like a porch or garage). To keep you informed, you will automatically receive a text message when our driver is on their way to your location for both pickup and drop-off.
